General Terms

✓ Coinex processes withdrawals manually and it may take up to 48 hours for the withdrawal to be completed.

✓ The minimum withdrawal amount is equivalent to 0.001BTC.

✓ The client acknowledges that it is his/her responsibility to provide correct wallet address to the broker. Once the transaction is processed, Coinexx cannot refund an incorrect withdrawal.

✓ Please use a small amount for your first withdrawal to verify everything is working as expected before sending larger amounts. We cannot recover your funds if the address is incorrect.

✓ Coinexx allows clients to withdraw to any digital currency listed in the withdrawal options list. Client can deposit in one currency and can withdraw in any currency we support for withdrawal.

Permitted Withdrawals

Provided that the balance of your Account is greater than the Margin Requirement, you may withdraw from your Account any amount up to the total amount of your Account in excess of the Margin Requirement.
